Member of Gymnastics USA? Bring a friend on September 5th for a free 12pm class for you and your friend. Get a $20 credit to your Gymnastics USA account just for showing up, and if your friend signs up for classes, they get a $20 credit too. Every additional friend you bring is another $10 credit. Open to boys and girls ages 5 to 12 in the Red, White & Blue gymnastics program.

Fill out the form with your info and your friend's info. Bring more than one friend, or add siblings, and every additional friend is another $10 credit!
Show Up At 12PM
Join us Saturday, September 5th at 12:00 PM for a free class together. Every friend needs a parent or guardian signed waiver, online in advance if that adult is not coming with them.
Collect $20
Your $20 credit to your account gets sent to you. Visit the front desk on Bring A Friend Day to have it applied to your account.
Register For Free
One form, one free class, a $20 credit to your Gymnastics USA account. Every additional sibling or friend you bring is another $10 credit.

- One Free Class Per Guest
- Guest students are eligible for one free class only. If a friend has already taken a free class or trial at Gymnastics USA, they are not eligible again.
- Waiver
- A parent or legal guardian must sign the release waiver for every friend. If that adult is not coming to the gym, the waiver must be signed online in advance.
Save Time At The Front Desk
You can absolutely bring your friend, but a parent or legal guardian has to sign the release waiver. If that adult will not be at the gym with them, sign it online in advance. One signature covers a whole household, including all minors.
